Planning

A member of our Planning Department will come to take accurate measurements of the roof and the surrounding area. This data will be entered into special software for designing solar systems. At the same time, we’ll carry out detailed and accurate electrical planning, including performing simulations of the various options for the system, with the purpose of finding the ideal system for you.

 

Licensing

The Licensing Department takes care of all the certification and regulatory procedures, starting with helping to obtain a building permit and the Certificate of Occupancy (Form 4), to obtain a building permit for the solar system in the case of greenhouses, fences, and parking lots, and to obtain permits to enter the quota, and up until increasing power connections with the Electricity Corporation, the Electricity Authority, and the local committees, in the shortest time possible.

 

Construction

Our construction teams, company employees, and subcontractors who have been working with us since the company was established, are among the most accomplished and experienced in the field.

It is our construction team’s responsibility to set up the infrastructure and the systems on the roof, and it is the responsibility of the company's project managers, all of them qualified electricians, to strictly monitor and control the systems.

 

Production

We manufacture the tracking systems and the support structures for our projects (ladders, converter cages, roof reinforcements) at our metal workshop in Ram-on.

 

Under a service contract, our Service and Maintenance Department checks and monitors all our clients’ systems. This service includes washing, routine maintenance, system monitoring, and fast handling of malfunctions to ensure the maximum possible output. In addition, we prepare annual reports for follow-up and control, keep in contact with the manufacturers, and follow the Electric Corporation’s reports.
